Lab 36 Reflection

Lab 36 was the 23rd video to the whole Javascript30 series and what I have to do for this one was create some sort of wicked "Voiceinator" which is like an online machine that talks. So, I had to make an option box in which would contain multiple people with different voices. This was provided by the video of the javascript30. After that option, I would also have to add two distinct inputs for Rate and Pitch, which would affect the way you hear the voice being spoken. The voice speaks whatever the user writes in the text area. You can control when it starts and stops to speak. It's overall intention is to show how I can use javascript in order to make website a bit more interactive and interesting or funny for myself or a user to use.
Overall, this lab was somewhat difficult. Even when paying attention to the video and trying to do the lab at the same time, I would get confused as to what does what. I actually try to understand what is going on most of the time so that I have the chance to input that same information into my other works if it makes it look better. For this lab, I was frustrated many times trying to have the voices be spoken properly and accordingly. But at the end, I guess the hard work paid off as I was very satisfied with my result. I would try to use for my future work but it gets too complicated to add into websites so maybe I'll use this lab to have fun with.
